Hi and welcome to our brand new blog!
We are a group of friends and greyhound lovers, who have been strolling (one can hardly call what a greyhound does “walking”
), along the picturesque Port Moody trails, for a number of years. We recently decided to commit ourselves to more organized get togethers, so that we could share this truly gratifying experience with other owners and lovers of the breed. We are very excited about this new undertaking and can’t wait to meet you and your hound! We welcome all greyhounds and if you have a well mannered, LEASHED, large or medium breed dog, he/she can come along, too.
During the winter months, we generally meet at 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Yes, both days… you will have plenty of opportunities to meet up with us! It is a gentle walk ( my 11 year old gentleman ”River” is usually the leader of the pack) and lasts anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. It is not that it is a long walk, but rather that it takes a long time! So many people want to snuggle with, and inquire about, our placid, elegant, well behaved dogs!

What a great way to have a meet and greet, exercise your hound (and yourself) and walk in one of the most beautiful areas of the lower mainland!
We park at the tennis courts situated between the Port Moody City Hall/Library and the rec center. Please look at the map, the yellow arrows will guide you to the meeting spot.
Call Annie 778-355-9090 or Sharon 778-388-3807 if you’d like more information or to let us know you are coming. We hope to see you soon!
